Electronic, sound, or voice, verbal harassment is, sometimes part and parcel of this stalking and is stalking also, now by individuals who use sound. It is used for mind control and to influence, a target’s perceptions. There are many techniques involved, and it may be as simple as a neighbor using a tape recorder, stereo set up or answering machine, to deliver a version of a low decibel type of sound, used in order to harass, vocally or verbally. It may be used subliminally as you sleep, as a form of sleep hypnosis, to influence you as you sleep.. The important thing to remember is that no matter what the technique or alleged reason claimed by the perpetrators of this crime, it is stalking, torture, ongoing difficult to detect, or prosecute, and meant to inflict severe emotional pain, perpetrated upon the targeted individual, done by persons, without due process, agreement or licence. It all constitutes abuses, and civil rights violations.

When targeted individuals, finally realize and do complain to authorities or the mental health community, they usually are not well received, whether by design within the medical community or not. They then receive a psychiatric diagnoses as unstable, insane, paranoid, delusional, hearing voices, because they have stated that they are being followed, instead of stating that they are, being stalked, in a repetitive, ongoing, multidimensional intentionally plotted campaign of ongoing harassment.

There are college connections into the entertainment and media, the political arena and the shelter systems. They might be affiliated with what citizens know as civil defense i.e.: hospitals, schools, affiliated police, fire departments, and EMS workers, military, media, radio, television, affiliated unions and transportation, which would allow for, mass communications at once during emergency, or war for the widespread use of sound, for warning in that case, and this has led to individual abuses, on targeted individuals, and the public under the guise of the harassment of one specific targeted individual. I have traced even the activities of NYC shelter personnel, and affiliations with S.U.N.Y., to sound harassment in several states, other than NY, through entertainment media for over a decade.. Citizens must continue a resolve, and take action in order to keep violations involving the use of electronics, even as simple as a cellphone, as a method for harassment not go uninvestigated.
